To take leadership to the world by raising people and bringing light to every community. It is determined to help people discover who they are and bring them to the level where they can lead effectively.

To propagate the Christian Faith in all places as revealed through the Holy Scriptures. This shall be done through all forms of communication, not limited to visual, verbal, writing, or in person.

To ordain and license ministers, pastors, teachers, and missionaries to carry out the work of evangelism and establish branch churches in all places, subject to the provisions of this constitution and the relevant laws of any country concerned.

To acquire and maintain land and/or buildings for use in propagating the Christian Faith. This includes erecting and maintaining proper church buildings, social halls, business offices, parsonages, reading rooms, recreational facilities, and other necessary structures.

To solicit, raise, and collect funds and gifts of movable and immovable property for use in propagating the Christian Faith.

To establish or provide pre-schools, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, colleges, and training centers depending on the needs of the countries where the ministry is established.

To establish medical care centers, hospitals, vocational training centers, agricultural projects, rural development projects, and other charitable ventures to contribute practically to the communities where the church is established.

To establish local congregations throughout the U.S.A. and abroad, nurturing and training believers to take on leadership roles at all levels of the church structure, becoming the “light” and “salt” of the earth as mandated by Scripture.
